रेड जोन से ग्रीन जोन में बदलने का समय घटा

पिछले 15 दिनों में देश में कोरोना के हॉटस्पॉट या रेड जोन की संख्या 23 फीसदी कम हुई है. केंद्र सरकार ने गुरुवार को इस बात की जानकारी दी है. सरकार की ओर से बताया गया कि 15 अप्रैल को देश में 170 रेड जोन थे जो 30 अप्रैल को 130 रह गए. वहीं देश में ऑरेंज जोन बढ़े हैं. यह 207 से 284 हो गए हैं. ज़ोन की संख्या और वर्गीकरण का तरीका बदला है. अब 21 दिन तक कोई केस नहीं आए तो जिला रेड से ग्रीन जोन में चला जाएगा. पहले 28 दिन था. गृह मंत्रालय की नई गाइडलाइंस इसी हिसाब से आएगी.

Number Of COVID-19 Hotspots Down In 2 Weeks, But So Are Virus-Free Zones

The number of coronavirus hotspots, or "red zones", across India have fallen by around 23 per cent in 15 days, the government said on Thursday, from 170 on April 15 to 130 on April 30. COVID-19 Cases In India Cross 35,000, Biggest Jump In 24 Hours

India recorded the biggest single-day jump in the number of coronavirus cases as 1,993 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, including 73 deaths, taking the total to 35,043 and 1,147 deaths. The country's recovery rate - the share of people who have been discharged from hospital after treatment - stood at 25.36 per cent this morning; a total of 8,889 patients have recovered so far. On Thursday, the government said that a significant improvement has been recorded over the last two weeks when the recovery rate was 13 per cent. The doubling rate of COVID-19 cases has also improved to 11 days from 3.4 days before the nationwide lockdown, the Union Health Ministry said.

The Union Health Ministry has issued fresh guidelines on home isolation for coronavirus patients who have only either very mild symptoms of the infection or are "pre-symptomatic". At present, all those who test positive for COVID-19 are immediately isolated and admitted in hospital and wards dedicated to coronavirus patients to break the chain of transmission of the highly contagious virus. The government said "very mild/pre-symptomatic patients" who have the facilities to keep themselves isolated in their homes, can do so. Those under home isolation must be stay in touch with the government surveillance officer and a hospital, as well as sign an undertaking. The patients must also download government's Arogya Setu app and keep it active at all times, the Health Ministry said.

Bharat Biotech Working On Nasal Vaccine To Fight COVID-19

Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech is working on developing what could be a nasal vaccine to fight the coronavirus pandemic. This vaccine, when ready, will be delivered intranasally. "CoroFlu", as it is called, is different from other vaccines as it is built on a flu vaccine "backbone" shown to be safe and well-tolerated in humans in the first two phases of clinical trials. Bharat Biotech is collaborating with University of Wisconsin-Madison and US vaccine company FluGen. Animal testing is happening now and human trials are likely later this year. Bharat Biotech, that has so far commercialised 16 vaccines, including one against the H1N1 flu, hopes to manufacture the vaccine, conduct clinical trials, and produce almost 300 million doses of vaccine for global distribution. "Intense Lockdown" In 5 Tamil Nadu Cities From Today To Curb Virus Spread

An "intense lockdown" to check the spread of the highly infectious coronavirus or COVID-19 began this morning in five cities of Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, that have recorded nearly half of the state's 1,821 cases. 24,506 Coronavirus Cases In India; 775 Deaths, 57 In 24 Hours

The number of coronavirus cases in India has increased to 24,506, including 775 deaths, the Union Home Ministry said today, adding that 1,429 cases and 57 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. Amid a countrywide lockdown to check the spread of the highly contagious illness, which began on March 25, the government last night issued an order to allow neighbourhood shops to remain open with conditions; malls across India continue to remain shut. The ease in restrictions comes nearly two weeks after Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a call to revive economic activities that have been affected due to the pandemic. An improvement has been recorded over the last week in the recovery rate which indicates the number of people who have successfully fought off the illness, the government data shows. The recovery rate stood at 20.66 per cent this morning.

लॉकडाउन के कारण बीच रास्ते में फंसे मजदूरों ने अपनी मेहनत से राजस्थान के एक स्कूल की सूरत बदलकर सकारात्मक सोच का एक नायाब उदाहरण पेश किया है. ये मजदूर कोरोना वायरस के प्रकोप के कारण लागू किए गए लॉकडाउन में राजस्थान के सीकर जिले में फंस गए थे. इन सब को जिले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर स्थित कस्बे पलसाना के सरकारी स्कूल में बनाए गए पृथक केन्द्र में ठहराया गया था. पृथक वास में रहने के दौरान इन मेहनतकश मजदूरों ने सकारात्मक सोच की जो नजीर पेश है कि वह भावुक करने के साथ ही नकारात्मकता में सकारात्मकता की खोज का संदेश भी देती है. स्कूल में इन दिनों अलग ही नजारा है. यहां रह रहे मजदूरों ने समय का सदुपयोग करते हुए स्कूल की सूरत ही बदल दी. स्कूल में ठहराए गए मजदूरों ने खाली समय में स्कूल के रंग रोगन का बीड़ा उठाया और वे दूसरों के लिए मिसाल बन गए.

भारत में कोरोनावायरस का कहर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है. अब कोरोना का कहर राष्ट्रपति भवन परिसर तक पहुंच गया है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, राष्ट्रपति भवन का एक सफाई कर्मचारी कोरोना संक्रमित पाया गया है. सफाई कर्मचारी के पॉजिटिव आने पर करीब 100 लोगों को क्वारंटाइन किया गया. इसमें कर्मचारी से लेकर सेक्रेटरी स्तर तक के कर्मचारी और उनके शामिल हैं. कर्मचारियों को बाहर जबकि अधिकारियों को होम क्वारंटाइन किया गया है. यह मामला 4 दिन पहले का है. फिलहाल सफाई कर्मचारी के अलावा सभी रिपोर्ट निगेटिव है.

Biggest Single-Day Spike In India In Coronavirus Cases

India has seen the biggest single-day spike in the number of coronavirus cases - 1,553 cases in the last 24 hours - which takes the total to 17,265, including 543 deaths, the Union Health Ministry data shows. Thirty-six deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. The states across India - under a lockdown since March 25 to check the spread of the highly infectious COVID-19 - are set to ease restrictions today in the non-containment zones to boost economic activity in line with announcements made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last week. कोरोनावायरस संकट के बीच दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने रविवार को कहा- दिल्ली में अभी लॉकडाउन में कोई ढील नहीं दी जाएगी. उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले दो-ढाई महीनों में विदेशों से जो लोग आए वो सबसे ज्यादा दिल्ली में आए हैं क्योंकि यह देश की राजधानी है. इसलिए सबसे ज्यादा मार दिल्ली को बर्दाश्त करनी पड़ी. मरकज के चलते भी जो हुआ उसकी मार भी दिल्ली को बर्दाश्त करनी पड़ी. महाराष्ट्र में शनिवार को कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) के 328 नए मामले सामने आने के बाद राज्य में संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या बढ़कर 3,648 हो गई. संक्रमण से 11 लोगों की मौत होने से राज्य में मृतकों की संख्या 211 हो चुकी है. दिन में 34 लोगों के ठीक होने के बाद अस्पतालों से उन्हें छुट्टी दे दी गयी. राज्य में अब तक 365 लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं. स्वास्थ्य विभाग के बयान के मुताबिक 11 अप्रैल को हुई एक मौत का मामला इसमें नहीं जोड़ा गया है क्योंकि मरीज की जांच के नतीजे में कोरोनावायरस संक्रमण की पुष्टि नहीं हुई.

भारत में कोरोनावायरस का प्रकोप कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है. स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की ओर से रविवार को जारी ताजा आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, भारत में कोरोनावायरस संक्रमितों की संख्या बढ़कर 15,707 हो गई है. वहीं, पिछले 24 घंटों में कोरोना के 1,334 नए मामले सामने आए हैं और 27 लोगों की मौत हुई है. देश में कोरोना से अब तक 507 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. हालांकि, थोड़ी राहत वाली बात यह है कि 2,231 मरीज इस बीमारी को हराने में कामयाब भी हुए हैं. बता दें कि कोरोना संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए देश में लगाए गए लॉकडाउन को 3 मई तक बढ़ाया गया है.

जम्मू कश्मीर: बारामूला के सोपोर में आतंकी हमले में CRPF के 3 जवान शहीद

उत्तर कश्मीर के सोपोर शहर में आतंकवादी हमले में सीआरपीएफ के तीन जवान शहीद हो गएऔर दो गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गये हैं. जानकारी के मुताबिक बाइक पर सवार आतंकियों ने सोपोर में नूरबाग इलाके में अहद बाब क्रॉसिंग पर सीआरपीएफ और पुलिस के एक संयुक्त गश्ती दल पर अचानक हमला बोला. इस अचानक फायरिंग में सीआरपीएफ जवानों को संभलने का मौका तक नहीं मिला और सीआरपीएफ के दो जवानों की घटनास्थल पर ही मौत हो गई और एक अन्य गंभीर रूप से जख्मी हो गया जिसने अस्पताल में दम तोड़ दिया. यह हमला एक गश्ती वाहन पर हुआ है और उसका चालक भी गंभीर रूप से जख्मी है.

Coronavirus: बनारस के हॉटस्पॉट इलाकों में सैनिटाइजेशन के लिए ड्रोन का सहारा ले रहा है प्रशासन

बनारस शहर को पुरानी गलियों के लिए भी जाना जाता है, ये गलियां इतनी संकरी हैं कि यहां सैनिटाइजेशन करना मुश्किल हो रहा था. इन गलियों के अंदर मशीनों की मदद से सैनिटाइजेशन करना प्रशासन के लिए चुनौतीपूर्ण होता जा रहा था. लिहाजा वाराणसी प्रशासन ने इसके लिए नया तरीका खोज निकाला, यहां ड्रोन की मदद से हाइड्रोक्लोराइड का छिड़काव किया जा रहा है. इस ड्रोन को गरुण ड्रोन का नाम दिया गया है. बता दें कि वाराणसी में अब तक 14 कोरोना मरीजों की पुष्टि हुई है. 5 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है जबकि अन्य का इलाज जारी है.

Lockdown Update: अभी हवाई सेवा शुरू करने पर फैसला नहीं हुआ: नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय

Coronavirus Cases In India Cross 15,000-Mark, 507 Have Died

The number of coronavirus cases in India has climbed to 15,707, which includes 507 deaths, the Union Health Ministry said today, adding that 1,329 cases and 27 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. On Saturday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh chaired a meeting of a Group of Ministers (GoM) at his residence to discuss "ways to mitigate the hardships faced by the people and the role ministries can play in providing relief to people". The GoM discussed re-starting economic activity in non-containment zones after April 20, in line with announcements made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier this week. Later in the day, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reviewed the functioning of COVID-19 war room in the North Block of the Secretariat in the national capital, which is buzzing with activity since the nationwide lockdown began on March 25. Mr Shah also took a stock of the situation prevailing in the country and was briefed about the supply chain of essential commodities.

पालघर मॉब लिंचिंग मामले में पुलिस ने की आरोपियों की पहचान

14,378 Coronavirus Cases In India, 480 Deaths

The number of coronavirus cases in India has climbed to 14,378, which includes 480 deaths, Union Health Ministry said today, adding that 991 new cases and 43 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. The doubling rate of COVID-19 cases has dropped to 6.2 days from three days before a countrywide lockdown was imposed, the government said on Friday. The decline is the result of increased testing, including that of patients suffering from SARI (severe acute respiratory illness) and ILI (influenza-like illness), the government added. India is under a lockdown till May 3 to check the spread of the highly infectious illness, which has killed over 1.5 lakh people across the world, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced earlier this week.
