Over 57,000 Covid Cases In 24 Hours For 1st Time, 10.94 Lakh Recoveries

India reported a new record surge this morning in coronavirus cases with 57,118 fresh infections in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 16,95,988.The country also witnessed 764 COVID-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said. The total fatalities due to the virus now stand at 36,511. The country's Covid tally had crossed the 16 lakh-mark on Friday, just three days after crossing the 15 lakh infections. More than 10.94 lakh patients have recovered; the recovery rate stood at 64.52 per cent this morning. India has tested a total of 1,93,58,659 samples so far. The positivity rate - percentage of patients who have tested positive for coronavirus - stood at 8.57 per cent.

महाराष्ट्र में कोरोना के मामले नहीं थम रहे हैं. राज्य में संक्रमितों की संख्या 3.75 लाख पार हो गई है. कोरोना से अब तक कुल 13656 मरीजों की मौत हुई है. प्रदेश में पिछले 24 घंटों में 9431 मामले सामने आए. 267 लोगों की मौत हुई. 2.13 लाख मरीज कोरोना से ठीक हो चुके हैं. महाराष्ट्र में रिकवरी रेट 56 फीसदी के पार हो गया है. राज्य में अब तक कोरोना के करीब 19 लाख सैंपल टेस्ट किए जा चुके हैं. मुंबई में अब तक 1.13 लाख कोरोना केस सामने आए हैं और 6093 मरीजों की मौत हुई है.

स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा रविवार सुबह जारी किए गए आंकड़ों के अनुसार, देश में कोरोना संक्रमितों की संख्या 13,85,522 हो गई है. पिछले 24 घंटों में कोरोना के 48,661 नए मामले सामने आए हैं. इस दौरान देश में 705 कोरोना संक्रमितों की मौत भी हुई है. 8,85,577 मरीज अब तक ठीक हो चुके हैं और कुल 32,063 लोगों की मौत हुई है. रिकवरी रेट की बात करें तो यह मामूली बढ़ोतरी के बाद 63.91 प्रतिशत पर पहुंच गया है. पॉजिटिविटी रेट 11 प्रतिशत है. बता दें कि बीते कुछ दिनों से हर रोज कोरोना के मामले 45 हजार का आंकड़ा पार कर रहे हैं.

दिल्ली के तुगलक रोड इलाके के लोधी एस्टेट में सरकारी कोठी नंबर 61 में गोली लगने से दो CRPF जवानों की मौत हो गई है. बताया जा रहा है कि शुक्रवार रात करीब 10:30 बजे तुगलक रोड थाने की पुलिस को जानकारी मिली कि लोधी स्टेट की 61 नंबर कोठी में कई राउंड फायरिंग हुई है. ये खबर मिलते ही पुलिस तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची. वहां जाकर देखा कि सीआरपीएफ के एक इंस्पेक्टर और सब-इंस्पेक्टर जमीन पर पड़े थे और उनको गोली लगी हुई थी. दोनों की मौत हो चुकी थी. जानकारी के मुताबिक, CRPF के सब-इंस्पेक्टर करनैल सिंह ने इंस्पेक्टर दशरथ सिंह को गोली मार दी और फिर सब-इंस्पेक्टर ने भी खुद को गोली मारकर आत्महत्या कर ली.

Over 45,000 Coronavirus Cases, 1,129 Deaths: India's Biggest 1-Day Jump

India reported the highest one-day spike of 45,720 coronavirus cases and 1,129 deaths this morning, government data shows. The total number of cases has crossed 12 lakh now and stands at 12,38,635. So far 7,82,607 people have recovered, while 29,861 have died. The recovery rate is 63.18 per cent and positivity rate is 13.03 per cent. The highest number of samples were tested on Wednesday, with 3,50,823 samples collected. The total samples tested till now is over 1.5 crore, government data shows. Maharashtra has the highest number of coronavirus cases in India, followed by Tamil Nadu and Delhi. Maharashtra has been grappling with a shortage of life saving drugs like Remdesivir and Tocilizumab. The state government says they are addressing the shortage and have been in touch with suppliers to boost supplies.

Over 40,000 Coronavirus Cases In India In 24 Hours For 1st Time

India recorded 40,425 new coronavirus cases and 681 deaths in the last 24 hours, in the biggest single-day jump, government data this morning showed. The fresh cases put the total tally in India, the nation with the third highest number of COVID019 cases, at 11,18,043. The latest deaths bring the total fatalities to 27,497. बिहार में कोरोना का संकट बढ़ता जा रहा है. शुक्रवार को 1700 से ज्यादा नए केस सामने आए. कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के मद्देनजर केंद्र सरकार की एक टीम आज बिहार के दौरे पर जा रही है. इन तमाम संकटों के बीच बिहार में अस्पतालों की स्थिति भी दिन-ब-दिन बिगड़ती जा रही है. बिहार के नेता प्रतिपक्ष तेजस्वी यादव ने स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मंगल पांडे के गृह जिले सीवान के एक अस्पताल का वीडियो ट्वीट करते हुए नीतीश सरकार पर निशाना साधा है. वीडियो में लोग अस्पताल की बदइंतजामी और इलाज नहीं मिलने की बात कहते सुने गए.

महाराष्ट्र में कोरोनावायरस के मामले 3 लाख पार

महाराष्ट्र में कोरोना संक्रमितों की संख्या तीन लाख पार हो गई है. राज्य में अब तक 11,596 लोगों की मौत हुई है. पिछले 24 घंटे की अगर बात करें तो राज्य में 8348 नए मामले सामने आए और 144 लोगों की मौत हुई. मुंबई सबसे प्रभावित शहर है लेकिन अब चौंकाने वाली बात जो सामने आ रही है, वह ये है कि अब ठाणे, पुणे जैसे शहरों में भी कोरोना के मामले तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं. पुणे में 36 हजार से ज्यादा मामले सामने आ चुके हैं.

Rajasthan Assembly Session Likely Next Week: Sources

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is likely to call an assembly session next week to showcase his strength in the House, sources told NDTV. Mr Gehlot on Saturday met Governor Kalraj Mishra, hours after two MLAs of a regional party that withdrew support from the Congress government announced that they will back the administration. दिल्ली में कोरोना का रिकवरी रेट 83 फीसदी से ज्यादा

दिल्ली में कोरोनावायरस के मामलों का रिकवरी रेट 83 फीसदी से ज्यादा हो गया है. राजधानी में कुल मामले 1.21 लाख है लेकिन चौंकाने वाली बात यह है कि एक महीने पहले तक जो रिकवरी रेट था, वह 37 फीसदी था लेकिन अब यह बढ़कर 83 फीसदी से ज्यादा हो गया है. दिल्ली में नए मामलों में भी कमी देखने को मिल रही है. यहां पिछले 24 घंटों में कोरोना के 1475 मामले सामने आए और 26 लोगों की मौत हुई है. 1 लाख से ज्यादा मरीज ठीक हो चुके हैं.

परीक्षाओं के खिलाफ SC में युवा सेना की याचिका

कोरोना संकट की वजह से बहुत से काम ठप पड़ चुके हैं, जिसमें विश्वविद्यालयों में होने वाली परीक्षाएं भी हैं, हालांकि UGC ने यूनिवर्सिटीज़ से फाइनल ईयर के एग्जाम कराने के लिए कहा है. UGC ने कहा है कि साल के आखिर में अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों की परीक्षाएं करवाई जाएंगी लेकिन अब छात्र UGC के इस फैसले का विरोध कर रहे हैं. इसी कड़ी में शिवसेना की यूथ विंग युवा सेना ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक याचिका दाखिल की है और परीक्षाएं न कराने की गुहार लगाई है.
