'A Resurgence Of Second Wave': AIIMS Director On Covid Surge In Delhi

For the third consecutive day, Delhi recorded over 5,000 new coronavirus cases with a new 24-hour high of 5,891 on Friday. Total cases are now at over 3.81 lakh. देश में 24 घंटे में सामने आए कोरोना के 48648 नए मामले

स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा शुक्रवार सुबह जारी किए गए आंकड़ों के अनुसार, देश में कोरोना संक्रमितों की संख्या 80,88,851 हो गई है. पिछले 24 घंटों में कोरोना के 48,648 नए मामले सामने आए हैं. बीते 24 घंटों में 57,386 मरीज ठीक हुए हैं. इस दौरान 563 कोरोना संक्रमितों की मौत हुई है. अब तक कुल 73,73,375 मरीज ठीक हो चुके हैं. 1,21,090 लोगों की जान गई है. कोरोना के मौजूदा मामलों की संख्या 6 लाख से नीचे है. यह संख्या 22 अगस्त के बाद पहली बार 7 लाख से नीचे आई थी. इस समय देश में 5,94,386 एक्टिव केस हैं.

India's coronavirus count has crossed 78 lakh with a jump of 53,370 cases in the last 24 hours, government data shows. IPL 2020: पंजाब ने दिल्ली को 5 विकेट से हराया

इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग (IPL) में मंगलवार को दुबई इंटरनेशनल स्टेडियम में खेले गए इकलौते मुकाबले में किंग्स इलेवन पंजाब (KXIP) ने टॉप पर चल रही दिल्ली कैपिटल्स को चौंकाते हुए उसे पांच विकेट से हरा दिया. दिल्ली से जीत के लिए मिले 165 रनों के लक्ष्य का पीछा करते हुए इस बार पंजाब को अच्छी शुरुआत नहीं मिली. उसके स्टार और इनफॉर्म ओपनर कप्तान केएल राहुल और मयंक अग्रवाल सस्ते में ही पवेलियन लौट गए, लेकिन पहली पंजाब का मिड्ल ऑर्डर एक इकाई के रूप में खेला. गेल ने 29, निकोलस पूरन ने 53 और ग्लेन मैक्सवेल ने 32 रन बनाए. इस प्रयास का असर यह रहा कि पंजाब ने 6 गेंद और 5 विकेट बाकी रहते हुए मैच अपनी झोली में डाल लिया. इस जीते क साथ की किंग्स इलेवन की टीम प्वाइंट्स टेबल में अब नंबर पांच पर पहुंच गयी है.

Chinese Soldier, Held After He Strayed Into Ladakh, Handed Back

A Chinese soldier, who was caught by Indian forces in eastern Ladakh after he strayed across the Line of Actual Control (LAC), was handed back to China on Tuesday night. The soldier, identified as Corporal Wang Ya Long, was caught in the Chumar-Demchok area, the army said on Monday. दिल्ली प्रदूषण: एक महीने में PM 10 की हिस्सेदारी ढाई गुना बढ़ी

हरियाणा में फरीदाबाद के कुछ स्थानों पर मंगलवार को वायु गुणवत्ता “बहुत खराब“ श्रेणी में रही जबकि उत्तर प्रदेश के गौतमबुद्धनगर व गाजियाबाद तथा हरियाणा के गुड़गांव में हवा की गुणवत्ता “खराब“ श्रेणी में दर्ज की गई. ये शहर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में आते हैं. केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड (CPCB) के मुताबिक, दिल्ली से सटे चारों जिलों में पीएम 2.5 और पीएम 10 का स्तर भी काफी ज्यादा था.
