Unified Pension Scheme: केंद्र सरकार ने न्यू पेंशन स्कीम (NPS) की जगह नई पेंशन स्कीम का ऐलान किया है. यूनिफाइड पेंशन स्कीम यानी UPS को 1 अप्रैल 2025 से लागू किया जाएगा. मोदी सरकार ने बताया कि इस स्कीम से 23 लाख केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को फायदा होगा. हालांकि, कर्मचारियों के पास UPS या NPS में से कोई भी पेंशन स्कीम चुनने का ऑप्शन रहेगा. वहीं, अगर राज्य सरकार भी इसे अपना सकती हैं. UPS से एम्प्लॉयी कॉन्ट्रिब्यूशन का बोझ भी नहीं बढ़ेगा.

Kolkata Rape-Murder: Ayushmann Khurrana's Poem Evokes Deep Emotions

The gruesome murder and rape of a 31-year-old trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata has sent shockwaves across the country. Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Richa Chadha, Navya Naveli Nanda, Zoya Akhtar and others vented their rage against the lack of women safety in the country in poignant words. Ayushmann Khurrana, who is known for his poetic skills, wrote an emotional poem titled Kaash Main Bhi Ladka Hoti (I wish I were a boy) and he shared a video on Instagram in which he can be seen reciting the poem. 14 Killed In Heavy Rain In Rajasthan, Chief Minister Issues Appeal

At least 14 people were killed in rain-related incidents across Rajasthan on Sunday while five people were washed away by the gushing water of Kanota Dam in the capital Jaipur, officials said. Karauli and Hinduan in eastern Rajasthan's Karauli district are facing a flood-like situation following incessant rainfall since Saturday night, officials said. In Jaipur, the five men were out on a picnic at the dam when they were washed away by the gushing water, officials said. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a meeting with officials here to take stock of the situation. He appealed to the citizens to stay away from reservoirs and waterlogged areas, maintain distance from electric poles and wires during rain, avoid using basements of buildings during rain and pay attention to the warnings and safety measures.
