The much-awaited Justice Hema Committee report on harassment faced by women in the Malayalam cinema industry has recorded explosive accounts of harassment, exploitation and ill-treatment of female professionals. Many women have spoken out and recorded their testimonials. It's the story of all industries. when the first wave of MeToo happened we saw how women across India and the world refused to stay silent but what has really changed?
