An all-round India displayed a clinical performance against New Zealand in the 3rd ODI defeating them by 7 wickets to win and take an unbeaten 3-0 lead in the 5-match ODI series. Prior to this win, India also registered away series win in ODIs in South Africa (5-1) last year and Australia (2-1) this year. India last won an ODI series in New Zealand in 2009 by a 3-1 margin.
