Maharashtra's Hingoli district has announced a lucrative scheme for people to get vaccinated against Covid. People who get the shot will get a chance to win prizes like TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines. Predictably, vaccination figures jumped 250% as soon as the scheme was launched.
