Veteran Congress leader P Chidambaram said today that the leader of the Congress party can only be decided by party leaders and its rank and file and not by media, opposition parties and armchair critics. "To me it is an issue, but an issue blown out of proportion. The AICC will decide who will be the leader," said Mr Chidambaram.
