"This is a complex situation involving three countries. We have a treaty of Bhutan of 2007, both countries would appreciate each other's security concerns. Indian military has plans to deal with the situation as it threatens our security concerns. These plans won't be public by either Bhutan or India," said Lt General Satish Dua (Retd).
