There are two things - control of crime - and the other is eradication of crime. The control of crime is very much possible but there is no eradication of crime. This horrific case needs to be worked out if not then there's a lot of explaining to be done by the Commissioner of Police of Prayagraj and the Director General of Police also, said Dr Vikram Singh, the former DGP of Uttar Pradesh.
