Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and Governor RN Ravi met at Raj Bhavan today over the issue of pending bills. The Tamil Nadu government and governor have been at loggerheads for long over a number of issues. The meeting today took place after the Supreme Court suggested both sides meet to resolve the issue of pending bills. Tamil Nadu law minister has said that the governor agreed to send nine out of pending ten bills to the President for assent; In the last two days, at least 150 Myanmarese soldiers fled to Mizoram after their camps in the neighbouring country were overrun by an armed ethnic group, of the pro-democracy resistance forces as the fight has intensified. Around 151 Tatmadaw (Myanmar army) personnel entered on late Friday in Mizoram-Myanmar border Tuisentlang village in southernmost Mizoram's Lawngtlai district.
