BJP workers staged a protest outside the Congress office in Srinagar over the ongoing ‘Vande Mataram’ row. The protesters raised slogans against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and burnt their effigies. Police personnel were deployed to prevent the protesters from reaching the main gate of the Congress office and to maintain law and order.
