दिल्ली के करोल बाग में लिंग जांच की शिकायत मिलने के बाद राज्य पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कॉल सेंटर पर छापा मारा है. छापा मारने के बाद पता चला कि इस कॉल सेंटर से महिलाओं को IVF से बेटा पैदा करने के लिए विदेश भेजा जाता था. देश भर के करीब 100 IVF सेंटर से था इस कॉल सेंटर का टाइअप था. यह कॉल सेंटर दो साल से चल रहा है और अब तक करीब 6 लाख मरीजों को विदेश भेज चुका है. कॉल सेंटर का मालिक IIT इंजीनियर है. कॉल सेंटर में करीब 300 लोग काम करते हैं. पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं

Thousands of people gathered at New Delhi's Palam airport on Saturday evening to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi upon his return from a week-long trip to the United States to attend the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), among other diplomatic commitments. In a speech delivered at the airport soon after his arrival, PM Modi praised soldiers on the third anniversary of the surgical strikes conducted by the army in 2016 on terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Recalling the surgical strikes, PM Modi said, "Three years ago, it was September 28 when I didn't sleep at all at night. I stayed awake all night. Every moment, I was waiting for when the telephone will ring... Three years ago, on the night of September 28, the brave soldiers of my country enhanced India's pride by conducting the surgical strike. Remembering that night, I salute the courage of our brave soldiers." The September 2016 surgical strikes were carried out to avenge the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri, in which 19 soldiers were killed.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा सभागार में पाकिस्तान को करारा जवाब देते हुए भारत की ओर से विदेश मंत्रालय की सचिव विदिशा मैत्रा ने कहा, ''पाकिस्तान ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र के मंच का गलत इस्तेमाल किया. पाकिस्तान में अल्पसंख्यकों की स्थिति बदतर है और उनपर जुल्म हो रहे हैं. 1947 की तुलना में आज कुछ फीसदी भर अल्पसंख्यक बचे हैं. मानवाधिकार की बात करने वाले पाकिस्तान को सबसे पहले पाकिस्तान में अल्पसंख्यकों की हालत देखनी चाहिए जिनकी संख्या 23 प्रतिशत से 3 प्रतिशत पर पहुंच गई है. अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आतंकियों को पाकिस्तान पेंशन देता है. पाक ने खुलेआम लादेन का बचाव किया. उनसे मानवाधिकार पर नसीहत नहीं सुननी.'' विदिशा मैत्रा ने इमरान खान से पाक जमीं पर पल रहे आतंकवादियों का मुद्दा उठाया और सवाल किया, ''क्या इमरान खान पाकिस्तान की जमीन पर पल रहे संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा घोषित 130 आतंकवादियों को नकार सकते हैं?'' इसके अलावा विदिशा मैत्रा ने UN में कहा, ''दुनिया को पाकिस्तान में जाकर हालात देखना चाहिए. पाक आतंकवाद पर और हम विकास पर जोर दे रहे हैं. पाकिस्तान को 1971 के नियाजी का नरसंहार नहीं भूलना चाहिए.''

बुलंदशहर हिंसा के मुख्य आरोपी योगेश राज को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने जमानत दे दी है. बुलंदशहर हिंसा में ही इंस्पेक्टर सुबोध कुमार सिंह की हत्या कर दी गई थी. बजरंग दल का एक स्थानीय नेता योगेश राज उन लोगों में शामिल था, जिन्होंने महाव गांव में मवेशी का शव मिलने के बाद भड़की हिंसा के दौरान भीड़ को इंस्पेक्टर सुबोध कुमार सिंह को मारने के लिए उकसाया था. एक अन्य आरोपी, पूर्व भाजपा युवा मोर्चा कार्यकर्ता शिखर अग्रवाल पहले से ही जमानत पर बाहर है. बता दें कि मामले की जांच उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस की विशेष जांच टीम कर रही है.

उन्नाव रेप पीड़िता को दिल्ली एम्स से मंगलवार को देर शाम को डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया. अगले सात दिनों तक पीड़िता और उसके परिवार को एम्स के जय प्रकाश नारायण ट्रामा सेंटर के हॉस्टल में रखा जाएगा. दरअसल तीस हजारी कोर्ट का आदेश है कि पीड़िता को डिस्चार्ज के बादअगले 7 दिनों तक ट्रामा सेंटर हॉस्टल में रहने की अस्थाई व्यवस्था की जाए. पीड़िता यहां अपने परिवार के सदस्यों- मां, दो बहन और एक भाई के साथ रहेगी. पीड़िता के परिवार वालों ने कोर्ट से कहा कि उनकी जान को उनके गांव में खतरा है लिहाजा अपनी सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर वह दिल्ली में ही रहना चाहते है. इसके बाद अदालत ने गवाह सुरक्षा दिशा-निर्देशों के तहत ये निर्देश दिए. उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने रिपोर्ट में कहा था कि पीड़िता का परिवार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में रहना चाहता है.

ड्रोन से भारत हथियार भेज जा रहा है पाकिस्तान

पंजाब में एक बड़े आतंकी मॉड्यूल का भंडाफोड़ करने के दो दिन बाद ही पंजाब पुलिस ने एक और बड़ा खुलासा किया है. पंजाब पुलिस ने दावा किया है कि पाकिस्तान ने ड्रोन की मदद से हथियारों का जखीरा अमृतसर के पास उतारा है. पंजाब पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के अनुसार पाकिस्तान ने ड्रोन की मदद से आठ से ज्यादा बार हथियार भेजे गए हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि यह ड्रोन काफी कम ऊंचाई पर उड़ाए जाते थे इसलिए इनके बारे में किसी को पता नहीं चल सका. अधिकारी का दावा है कि आतंकी पहले इन हथियारों को ड्रोन की मदद से जम्मू-कश्मीर में उतारना चाहते थे लेकिन उन्होंने इस बार इसके लिए पंजाब को चुनाव. बता दें कि पंजाब पुलिस ने कुछ दिन पहले खालिस्तान जिंदाबाद फोर्स के चार सदस्यों को भी गिरफ्तार किया था.

खूंटी में मॉब लिंचिंग का मामला सामने आया है. इस मामले में एक शख्स की मौत हो गई और 2 लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हैं. तीनों लोगों पर ग्रामीणों को शक था कि वो प्रतिबंधित मांस बेच रहे थे. यह जानकारी डीआईजी एवी होमकर ने रविवार को दी. होमकर ने कहा, 'सुबह 10 बजे कर्रा पुलिस स्टेशन के प्रभारी को कुछ ग्रामीणों ने जानकारी दी कि कुछ लोग प्रतिबंधित मांस बेच रहे हैं और ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें पकड़ लिया है और उनकी पिटाई हो रही है. पुलिस जब वहां पहुंची तो पाया कि तीन लोगों की गांववालों ने पिटाई कर दी है. दो लोगों को इलाज के लिए रांची के रिम्स भेजा गया. एक शख्स की इलाज के लिए ले जाने के दौरान मौत हो गई.'

CBI ने इस मामले में उनके बेटे कार्ति को भी गिरफ़्तार किया था और फिलहाल वह जमानत पर हैं. कार्ति पर 2007 में INX मीडिया को विदेशी निवेश संवर्धन बोर्ड (एफआईपीबी) की मंजूरी दिलाने के लिए पैसे लेने का आरोप है. सीबीआई ने पिछले साल 15 मई को मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की थी.

बालाकोट हमले के बाद एक बार फिर यहां बने आतंकी कैंप के फिर से सक्रिय हो गए हैं. बता दें कि बालाकोट पर हुए भारतीय वायुसेना के हमले में ये कैंप तबाह हो गए थे, लेकिन सूत्रों ने बताया कि जैश-ए-मोहम्मद से जुड़े आतंकियों ने कैंप में फिर से काम करना का शुरू कर दिया है. सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इन कैंपों से 129 आतंकी लॉन्च पैड पर भारतीय सीमा में घुसपैठ करने को तैयार है. बता दें कि 5 अगस्त के बाद से भारतीय सीमा में घुसपैठ की घटनाएं 100 गुना बढ़ चुकी है. पिछले 45 दिनों में 60 आतंकियों ने घुसपैठ की. वहीं साल के शुरुआती 7 महीनों में घुसपैठ की सिर्फ 35 घटनाएं ही सामने आई थी. पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान जब अमेरिका दौरे पर गए थे तब इन कैंपों को हटा लिया गया था, लेकिन 5 अगस्त के बाद से इन्हें फिर से सक्रिय कर दिया गया.

केंद्र सरकार ने ट्रैफिक नियमों में सुधार के लिए नियमों के उल्लंघन करने पर लगने वाले जुर्माने में भारी बढ़ोतरी कर दी थी, जिसके बाद देश भर से लाखों-लाखों रुपए के चालान काटे जाने की खबरें आने लगी. इन्हीं खबरों के बीच कुछ राज्य सरकारों ने अपने यहां बढ़े ट्रैफिक जुर्माने को या तो कम कर दिया है या फिर लागू करने से ही इंकार कर दिया है. इनमें सबसे पहले गुजरात ने अपने यहां ट्रैफिक जुर्माने को कम कर किया. इसके बाद पश्चिम बंगाल ने जुर्माने को लागू करने से ही इंकार दिया. अब कर्नाटक से भी ऐसी ही खबर आ रही है. कर्नाटक सरकार ने अपने यहां भी बढ़े जुर्माने को कम करने का ऐलान कर किया है. देखें रिपोर्ट.

महाराष्ट्र और हरियाणा में 21 अक्टूबर होगा मतदान और 24 अक्टूबर को आएंगे नतीजे

चुनाव आयोग ने शनिवार को महाराष्ट्र और हरियाणा में चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया है. महाराष्ट्र और हरियाणा का मतदान 21 अक्टूबर को होगा, जबकि मतगणना 24 अक्टूबर तय की गई है. इसे लेकर सभी तरह की तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं. इसके साथ ही देश के अलग-अलग राज्यों में 64 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए उपचुनाव का भी ऐलान किया गया है. आयोग ने फिलहाल झारखंड में चुनाव की तारीखों की घोषणा नहीं की. बता दें कि महाराष्ट्र में विधानसभी की कुल 288 सीटें हैं जबकि हरियाणा में सीटों की संख्या 90 है. पिछले चुनाव में महाराष्ट्र में बीजेपी और शिवसेना गठबंधन की सरकार है, वहीं हरियाणा में बीजेपी ने बहुमत के साथ सरकार बनाई थी.

वित्‍त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने गोवा में जीएसटी की बैठक से ठीक पहले कॉरपोरेट टैक्स में कटौती की घोषणा की. इस घोषणा के तुरंत बाद शेयर बाजार में भारी उछाल देखा गया. जीएसटी काउंसिल की बैठक से पहले वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने गोवा की राजधानी पणजी में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की. मंदी से निपटने के लिए उन्होंने कंपनियों के लिए कॉरपोरेट टैक्स घटाने का ऐलान किया. वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने एक अध्यादेश लाकर घरेलू कंपनियों, नयी स्थानीय विनिर्माण कंपनियों के लिये कॉरपोरेट कर कम करने का प्रस्ताव दिया. अब कंपनियों के लिए नया टैक्स 15.17 प्रतिशत होगा. राहत के तुरंत बाद ही सेंसेक्स में बड़ा उछाल देखने को मिला. करीब 900 अंकों का सेंसेक्स में उछाल आया.
