Dr Sumit Ray, Head of Department of Critical Care Medicine at the Holy Family Hospital, calls the drill at Agra's Shri Paras Hospital in which oxygen to 22 patients was cut off "unacceptable". "Patients turning blue indicates a risk to their lives, it means there's absolute inadequate delivery of oxygen to their tissues," he said.
