"It started as a ragging incident, but took the shape of a communal angle later when he was forced to chant slogans of different religions. The pretext is that he chatted with a friend about a specific community and that went public," Rachna Reddy, Telangana BJP spokesperson and advocate, said when asked to comment on the matter of a ragging incident in the state.
